A Note to Families
Choosing a learning environment for your child is a meaningful decision. The Wonder Workshop Learning Collective was created for families who value curiosity, connection, and learning that unfolds at a child’s natural pace.

Enrollment Process and Policies
To enroll your child, you must attend an interview with the guide. We would prefer all involved adults as well as the child attend the interview to ensure goodness of fit. After meeting with your family, we will be in touch to discuss next steps if the learning collective feels like a good fit for everyone. Once the child’s enrollment is confirmed, all required forms will need to be completed to secure the child’s spot in the program.
Required forms:
- Student emergency form
- Student introduction form
- Handbook acknowledgement
- Tuition agreement
Optional form:

Probationary period
All new enrollments begin with a 1-month probationary period. This period allows time to determine whether the program is a good fit for the child.
During the probationary period:
- Either the family or the guide may determine that the placement is not a good fit.
- Monthly tuition is pre-paid.
- If the child is withdrawn prior to the end of the probationary period, no pre-paid tuition will be reimbursed.
Withdrawal
Families are asked to provide as much notice as possible when withdrawing. Tuition is due through the child’s final day of attendance, and prepaid tuition is non-refundable.
The guide reserves the right to discontinue services for any reason, including, but not limited to unresolved behavioral issues, lack of connection between child and guide, injury or damage to classmates, guide or learning materials, and consistent failure to adhere to policies.
